Is Passful free?

Your first two memories are free. After that, unlock unlimited memories with a one-time purchase. No subscription.

Do you keep my photos?

No. Your photo is sent to our server only to create and sign the pass, and it’s deleted as soon as the pass is ready. Your passes live on your iPhone and in Apple Wallet.

Why does Passful need an internet connection?

Apple requires every Wallet pass to be cryptographically signed. The signing happens on our server, so creating a pass needs a connection. Looking at your passes doesn’t.

What happens if I delete the app?

Passes you’ve added stay in Apple Wallet. Memories saved inside the app are removed with it.

Does a shared pass include its place?

Yes, if you attached one. A pass carries its photo and the place you pinned, so it can show up for whoever you share it with, too. Create it without a place if you’d rather share just the photo.
